I came across into this online course since I want to learn how to provide First Aid in our office, so I’m happy that my first experience is on this site. Not only they provide practical lessons, but also their staff responds promptly to my queries without hesitation.Coaching and MentoringLevel 3 Coaching and Mentoring 4
All information was easily explained and understood with useful video footage at the end of each module to help understand and clarify what had been learnt. I thought that there were too many spelling and grammatical errors (as picked up by a previous reviewer), and I expected these to have been amended. The two tests at the end of the course were very similar (if not the same) which was a pleasant surprise but made life too easy (possibly!). In summary, I learnt a lot from this course and look forward to using my new-found knowledge in the coming years.Coaching and MentoringLevel 3 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring 4
